Founder & Principal
Kenley has multiple years of experience in the electrical and power generation industries. The Founder of Arbutus West Agency, and Co-Founder of Acacia Power Solutions LLC which is a power engineering firm focused on electrical systems and power analysis software.
Jim Sanzosti
Managing Partner
Jim has extensive experience in Power Generation. Before joining Fundamental, Jim was Industry Manager at Finning Corp (Caterpillar’s largest dealer in Power Generation equipment). At Finning, Jim Served as Chairman of the Caterpillar Dealer Advisory Committee.
Steven Egeland
Canadian Sales Director
Steve spent 25+ years in the electrical sales and project management fields with Wesco. While running the BC project division he managed many large infrastructure projects across all industries.
Glen Tamoto
Rental Logistics
Before joining our team at Fundamental, Glen spent 39 years in the automotive industry. He has extensive experience in inventory management, overseeing daily operations, and most importantly, customer service.

Drew has 10+ years of experience in electrical sales, account management and business development. He works on all major projects in North America and is heavily embedded within the industry.

Spencer is a specialist in the commercial market, focused on delivering top quality Power Solutions for commercial applications. He is a graduate of BCIT in Project Management and uses these skills to help manage critical projects and operations.
